The Essential Tarot class #4
Why are we so connected to each other? W hat is happening around me? Can developing your intuition show your connection with the future? How many times have you asked yourself that? Would you like to take a look.... Catherine Buck has a six week class available that connects numerology, astrology, psychology and symbolism. That is what TAROT is all about. Class will run between 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length. We will be working with the 78 card Waite tarot deck (standard universal or your choice of Waite.) The first class will be an introduction to the deck itself. This class will include the history and symbolism of the cards. Students and teacher will be familiar with how each of us see the Tarot system. I will require students to bring their own deck along with a clean notebook and something to write with. We will have notes but I am willing to go over anything a student does not understand. Lots of examples will be shown as we work. The second class will introduce numerology. I will show you a simple way of having the beginner student spot something in their layouts that can be read almost immediately. We will talk about numerical combinations as well as card by card interpretation. This will run through the third class as well. Fourth class integrates astrology as a way of reading the overall picture of a layout. By this point students will work in teams to help each other understand the basics. Students will work in pairs through the rest of the course. The combined information will prepare students to read for others . Fifth class will be layouts by students with an accent on how a reader approaches giving someone a reading as well as tips on how to exercise the intuitive part of the explanation. Sixth class will be a review, a group reading and the answering of any other questions. Students will be required to give a short reading to the teacher to see if there is any problems. Again, I stress I am in this class for you. Any question you have may be essential. I will work with you to your best advantage. $125 for six weeks. Reservations required, call EBN at 373-0733.
