Meditation 101

Are you wanting to meditate but struggling with the monkey chatter in your head? Perhaps you would like to meditate but are not quite sure where to start. Meditation 101 may just be the thing for you. With facilitator Michael Gyurica, you will learn the basics of meditating in the calm and comfortable environment of EBN Too. You will learn grounding and breathing techniques that are the foundation of any form of meditation. You will also learn ways to quiet the noise in your mind.
